‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
The episode for Thursday, April 2 looks like it’ll be more of the same slow burn as the storylines stretch closer to being too thin.
After Riza Thomson (Tina Casciani) meets with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), she’ll talk with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth).
She’ll talk Spyder up, but Matt will want to meet him first. That should be an interesting moment and we’re sure Riza will be the hero or the zero.
Meanwhile, Adam will notice Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is out of sorts.
He’ll wake Nick after he passes out on the sofa while talking with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Chelse Newman (Melissa Claire Egan).
Sharon won’t notice anything strange, but Chelsea will. We’re sure Sharon will offer more tea.
We’re going to get the cheering squad for the Newmans as they confront Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
Phyllis will start it by trolling Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) for how she treated Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).
After Victoria arrives, Phyllis will realize Lily’s abduction was faked and she’ll rip into her. Lily and Victoria will claim the high ground as the good little hypocrites they are.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Thursday, April 2: What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are sure Nick will want to forget Vegas once everything’s said and done. Right now, he’s gearing up to be the reason Adam fails.
He’s all gung ho to go after Matt after taking some pills, and Adam’s finessing will take a hit in time.
But first, Matt wants to meet Spyder, and when he realizes it’s Adam the truth will come out.
The question then will be whether Riza sides with Adam or Matt. Assuming Nick doesn’t destroy everything and let Matt escape.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Thursday, April 2: Two hypocrites for the price of one
If Phyllis could keep her mouth shut just once, she may not cause her own demise. Granted, she has a lot of reasons to vent, and Lily will be the perfect target.
When Victoria arrives, Phyllis will put all the pieces together and it’ll be laughable for Lily to claim Phyllis is worse for what she did.
At this point, it all feels like filler until the writers figure out how to get Victor his fortune back. Eric Braeden being sick for awhile didn’t help, but we’re glad he’s better and back.
Will Riza or Nick be the bigger boon or obstacle to stopping Matt? Let us know in the comments below.
