‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers are pretty sure the show has lost the plot.

We don’t expect the hospital, prison, or Bayview to have competent doctors. It’s part of the show’s charm.

The last few months it’s turned into a circus where the doctors quack with every step they take.

Add to that is how Marlena Evans (Diedre Hall) seems to have lost all of her perspective.

Instead of doing what’s right, she’s more intent on her will bring done. And she’s enabled the whole way by her family.

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Need for control

One thing that first stuck out to ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers with Marlena’s change was with Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer).

When he told her he was moving on from focusing on Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) it was a huge step.

Yet, Marlena thinks he’s more dangerous? Since she basically missed it, we’ll point out his focus for being a better person is his daughter.

She has no reason to be against that, but we think she needs the attention of her patients.

We think she misses and needs John Black (Drake Hogestyn) to balance her, to give her focus. Granted, the writers are moving Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) into that role.

We’re not happy that he started calling Marlena ‘Doc’ even if he was the first one to do it.

Until then, Marlena will continue stroking her ego as the resident conscience and know it all.

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: She’s never wrong

When it comes to Rachel Black (Lorelei Mote), Marlena acts like she’s a horrible, evil child who needs to be at Bayview.

Why? Because Rachel pinched her for not wearing green on St Patrick’s Day. And the excuse that Rachel pinched too hard? Kids do that. You correct then and move on.

The news that Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) switched her meds with Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis)’s should’ve had her recant her statement.

The fact she had no grounds to speak on Rachel as a professional notwithstanding.

Instead, she’s choosing her profession and pride over the welfare of her family.

Marlena wants the attention, maybe even craves it. Or she’s the one needing a stint in Bayview.

She reminds us of when Belle Black (Martha Madison) wanted to pull the plug on her a few years ago. And all because of a legal document.

Now we know where Belle inherited her idiocy from. Maybe she can work with Marlena after she’s disbarred?

What do you think of Marlena’s change? Let us know in the comments below. Check back with ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers for the latest updates, Spoilers, and speculation around.
