‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers suggest that Arianna Horton’s (Marrissa Reyes) romance with bad boy Liam Selejko (Hank Northrop) may be doomed already.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Liam Is Definitely Ari’s Type: A Slightly Older Bad Boy
It seems that Ari has found a new guy who’s captured her attention. Liam is definitely Ari’s type: a sexy and alluring rule breaker who is slightly older than her.
However, her mom, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez), and her uncle, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), might have something to say about it.
Rafe knows that Liam is responsible for the DiMera kidnappings. He took money from Peter Blake (Dan Gauthier) to help abduct almost every living member of the DiMera family.
They were all trapped in the family crypt together as Peter was set to kill them. Thankfully, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) saved them from certain death.
So, Rafe knows Liam has committed a few crimes, including grand theft auto. Not to mention, he also tried to snatch Cat Greene’s (AnnaLynn McCord) purse. With Cat’s ISA training, she took him down hard.
Cat discovered Liam’s role in the kidnappings, and Rafe confronted him after giving his former mentor, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) the shocking news. Liam had been trying to turn his life around as Abe was teaching him to read.
Rafe made a deal with Liam that if he cooperated with the Salem PD, he would be off the hook for his own crimes. Now, Liam doesn’t seem like a truly bad person. He’s simply broke and needs money to care for his young son.
In the February 25th episode of DOOL, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) blackmailed Liam into doing a job for him. EJ knows that Liam could be in serious danger from the people he ratted out.
He offered him protection from them if he gave him the information that he needed to deal with them the “DiMera way.” EJ has Liam under his thumb, and he knows it.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Gabi and Rafe May Not Approve of Liam for Ari
After his conversation with EJ, Liam went out to the bar for a drink, where he ran into Ari. Gabi’s daughter has a fake ID, and she uses it to go out and pick up older guys.
She did it with Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer), and now she’s met Liam. The pair spent some time flirting, which led to them hooking up at the bar.
Unfortunately, Gabi showed up with Phillip Kiriakis (John Paul Laviosier), and the teens bolted. After Liam successfully got Ari out of the bar undetected, they exchanged numbers so they could hang out again.
This could get very interesting. DOOL is long overdue for a forbidden teen romance, and Liam and Ari fit the bill. When Gabi finds out exactly who Ari has become involved with, she may flip her lid and disapprove of the company Ari is keeping.
Gabi may not react well to knowing this guy’s criminal history, and she would think even less of him if she saw him in cahoots with EJ.
However, Arianna is very attracted to him, and forbidden love is the most enticing kind of temptation. When Ari kissed Liam on the cheek to say goodbye, it was obvious that he was smitten with her.
Ari doesn’t yet know that Liam has a kid, but we don’t anticipate that being an issue for her. We can see the two of them working, but Ari’s loved ones need to give Liam a chance.
