General Hospital spoilers for Monday, February 23 reveal Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) have a lot to talk about. Meanwhile, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) gets some news she wasn’t expecting. Plus, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is headed for trouble. Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital spoilers for Monday, February 23: Together again
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal a reunion. Maxie came across Nathan when she went out for a walk, hoping to clear her head. Instead, she’ll end up in a conversation that will likely make her feel more overwhelmed than ever. In the promo, Nathan questions what their mutual returns mean for him and Maxie.
We’d like to say this is going to change little for Maxie. After all, she built a life with Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). Sure, she might have a lot of understandable conflicted emotions. But as Spinelli has been the glue, as she called him, we don’t exactly see her dumping him. But who knows what the writers will decide. We just hope it’s not leaving Spinelli heartbroken. Especially since there are so many theories about who Nathan really is.

Elsewhere, General Hospital spoilers reveal a test for Willow. She’s happy right now, as she’s been reunited with her kids. Something she’s gone to extremes to make happen. However, not everyone is fully happy about this new custody arrangement. Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) tells Willow he doesn’t like it “here.”
Obviously, he’s not happy about being at Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) home. He’s already told Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) as much. The question is, what will Willow do with this information? Will she continue to keep things as they are, or will she see this as a reason to make sure Drew suffers a terrible (and permanent) setback? That would allow her to sell the house and start over elsewhere and make Wiley happy at the same time.
General Hospital spoilers for Monday, February 23: Latest developments
Speaking of Drew, Ric Lansing (Rick Webber) has news about Drew’s shooting. Obviously, he knows that Chase was seen with Michael’s keyring prior to the warrant getting served. So, the suspicion will definitely go his way. We wonder if this will make Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) more likely to talk about what she knows.
General Hospital spoilers for Monday, February 23: Round 2
Finally, Michael and Chase go at it again. What more could Chase expect after Michael learned Chase likely set him up. We don’t know who will start it, although our bet is on Chase. What we do know is, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is there to witness the mess. We’ll see if this changes her perception of her husband. And if he’ll face Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliot) wrath soon.
