‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that Chris McKenna, who plays Jack Brennan on the soap, sometimes enjoys being chatty while driving away from the GH set after filming some scenes.

However, he hasn’t done that in a while, and some of his fans started to worry. Earlier, McKenna hopped on Instagram to explain to his followers that he had battled a nasty cold during the holidays.
His baby boy, Spencer, had passed his illness around to his family members around Christmastime. He said he had started to recover, but his wife thinks she has another cold. McKenna admitted that he’s starting to feel the sniffles approaching yet again.
The GH actor sounded congested in the video, and we all know how much it sucks to be sick. Hope he feels better soon.
That said, McKenna went on to say that he had to “cough his way” through some of his recent GH scenes. He hopes that viewers don’t recognize how sick he was when he shot those scenes.
He said that, bug or no bug, his upcoming scenes were a lot of fun. McKenna was also clear in the clip that those scenes weren’t with his leading lady, Laura Wright, who plays Carly Spencer.
McKenna dropped a major bombshell on his social media account, saying the scenes featured a new character who hasn’t yet been introduced into the storyline but is set to debut on the show “very soon.”
Many fans are seeking to identify the mysterious “C” to whom Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) reports. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is also involved in the story and may be the one to bring this person to Brennan’s office for a meeting.

After all, Jack did Britt a solid by getting her medical license reinstated. The head of the WSB has been trailing Britt ever since, as she owes him a massive favor, and Brennan fully expects her cooperation.
Remember when Britt received a note that read, “Don’t forget to take your medicine.” Britt seemed very fearful and threatened by this person. It may be the new character who debuts.
We can imagine Britt leading Jack to the mysterious new character. McKenna told his Instagram followers that the debut of said new character will be a must-see.
He also shared that he had upcoming scenes with a “legacy character” with whom he doesn’t work often, and that he enjoyed filming them.
Right now, Brennan is in for some fresh hell. Carly now knows that he recruited her daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), into the WSB.
Carly is planning her revenge on Jack with none other than Brennan’s sworn enemy, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Fans are excited to see precisely how Carly and Valentin achieve their common goal and make Jack pay.
Given McKenna’s role as a spy, this new character could also be linked to the organization, or possibly someone else threatened by the WSB.
However, our money is on Jack finally meeting “C” through Britt, given the fact that McKenna was so secretive about the mysterious new arrival in Port Charles.
