‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
The episode for Thursday, December 18 has potential to be a good one as more will be turning on Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) will show how clueless they are when they wish Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) a Merry Christmas.
They’ll be smiling and expect good cheer, so when Jack rips into them for backstabbing them it’ll be a shock.
He won’t be able to forgive them to helping to destroy so many lives, and it’ll send them soul searching.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will try to convince Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to steal back the AI, and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will have a plan that could land Victor in jail.
There’s some good movement coming in this episode, but is it too late to save Jabot or the show from upset fans?

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are curious how Adam and Chelsea will react following Jack ripping them a new one.
He’ll tell them they need to write a retraction to make it right. They’ll hide behind it’s their job but that will sound hollow even to them.
Adam will be the most conflicted as he likes Jack, but he wants Victor’s approval. Chelsea wants a clean soul and to stop selling hers to Victor and for them to do the right thing.

Billy will reach out to Phyllis and offer her anything she wants if she can steal the AI back. He’ll point out he knows she stole it and Victor stiffed her on her part of the deal.
She’ll deny that part, but she’ll like the idea of stealing the AI. She’s got a lot of axes to grind, and she may do it.
The problem is, she could go to Victor and demand something more than the Abbotts can pay.
It comes down to the fact she’s not as smart as she thinks she is, and she’ll keep messing up and not learn a thing.

This has us really curious as Diane will see something that, if it works, it’ll put Victor behind bars.
We’re curious what it could be, and think it’ll be something he said or did that didn’t cover his tracks.
Maybe in their rush, Adam messed up the article and left them something to exploit.
They could come clean and announce the AI Victor has and how he used it to destroy Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and targeted them, but that would be too easy despite it launching an investigation and landing Victor in prison.
Maybe this is Diane’s plan?
