‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal that Salem is buzzing over its new “Salem Singles” app. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) is the latest Salemite to be set up with someone.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Gabi Gave Chad the Idea to Try Salem Singles
Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) suggested that Chad give this dating app a try. The scenes that ensued between Chad and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) were so much fun to watch as Leo helped Chad “punch up” his profile.
Flynn and Rikaart have strong chemistry as friends. Watching Leo help Chad kick up his game was charming and highly entertaining. It’s good to see them bond. We were obviously curious as to who would be the lucky lady.
Imagine our surprise when Chad saw he was a match for Belle Black (Martha Madison). We aren’t really sure what to make of that.
In my humble opinion, Belle and EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) were boring together, and I didn’t think they had a very convincing natural chemistry.
Now, they are pairing Belle with yet another DiMera, while many fans would prefer the show reunite Belle and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer).
We don’t really know if we can see Chad and Belle as a couple. However, there is some history between them.
The two of them were briefly together at a time when Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) had brainwashed Chad to seduce Belle.
Belle cheated on Shawn with Chad a long time ago, and it was a bit messy. Now, it looks like the Peacock soap is revisiting the idea of pairing them.
It’s kind of odd. Belle was recently in a serious relationship with EJ. Now, it looks like EJ may soon become romantically involved with Chad’s most recent love interest, Cat Greene (AnnaLynn McCord).
Apparently, EJ and Cat share an unexpected connection from the time Cat was in the same rehabilitation facility in Italy.

Cat read the romance novel, Wuthering Heights, to EJ while he was in a coma. Now, suddenly, EJ is piecing together the memory of Cat reading the book to him.
Belle and Chad are a match. Belle and EJ didn’t exactly have the most amicable parting of ways. EJ took advantage of Belle during Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) trial.
She was livid with him for it. Not to mention, her most recent outburst, when she blamed EJ for her mother, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), not being diagnosed with a heart issue in a timely manner.
So, it looks like the DiMera brothers are swapping attractive blondes. It may be awkward if EJ finds out that Belle and his brother, Chad, went on a date.
Belle and Chad’s history also isn’t exactly very romantic. Andre brainwashed him so he would gravitate toward Belle.
That said, Chad and Belle are kind of a weird pair. We don’t really see it. Chad and Belle may have more in common than EJ and Belle, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they will hit it off.
DOOL spoilers indicate that Chad and Belle will go on a date next week. We will reserve judgment until we see how they interact.
If the two of them actually end up having chemistry, which we don’t think they will, it will be a pleasant surprise.
