‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers suggest that tomorrow, November 7th, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerreigel) issues Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) an order that may involve Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart).
‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Dr. Rolf Returns Tomorrow To Assist EJ
EJ is keeping sinister secrets about what he’s up to in the lab he’s building below the hospital, which is concealed beneath it.
We know that in tomorrow’s episode, Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) returns, and we suspect that Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) is somehow tied in with whatever EJ has planned.
EJ’s need for discretion is why he may ask Gwen to handle Leo. We have to wonder how far Gwen will go to get Leo to back off on his curiosity about whatever the heck EJ is doing.
After all, Leo is a reporter for the Spectator and could blow EJ’s scheme wide open if he continues to investigate. He already showed up to snoop around the construction zone like Scooby Doo, trying to figure out what EJ is hiding.
EJ’s trusty assistant, Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney), had already informed EJ about Leo’s snooping and his story about losing an earbud while rescuing Gwen during the Salem blackout.
Leo was brave enough to accuse EJ of causing the blackout, but EJ blamed it on the town’s “ancient infrastructure.”
EJ has already forced Gwen to extend an olive branch to Leo and pretend like she wants to be his friend again. She even played the old “Matty” card with him.
She recently went to the Spectator and invited Leo to lunch or dinner. We all know that Gwen is like Sami Brady. (Alison Sweeny) Gwen and Sami both hold grudges until the cows come home. Gwen herself even admitted that to EJ in today’s episode.
‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Leo May Uncover Information That Puts Him In Danger
While Sami has certainly softened and matured since entering therapy, we don’t really see Gwen going that route. Gwen likely won’t ever forgive Leo for sleeping with her husband, Dimitri von Leuchner (Peter Porte).
When Gwen first came back to Salem, she made it clear to Leo that she was done with “Matty” for good. She told him she could never trust him again after he boinked her hubby. Gwen even warned Leo’s boyfriend, Javi Hernadez (Al Calderon), that Leo was a snake.
However, that doesn’t mean that a tentative reconciliation is entirely off the table for Gwen and Leo. Once upon a time, these two were thick as thieves.
Gwen was understandably hurt and disappointed in Leo when he hooked up with Dimitri behind her back. Yet, we’re still holding out hope that, at some point, they can bury the hatchet. Besides, Leo has been on a redemption journey, and he’s a changed man.
EJ wants Gwen to find out what Leo knows. What if Leo discovers that Gwen is really EJ’s mystery investor, and that’s how he purchased the hospital?
Leo could uncover information that puts him in danger. Plus, EJ told Rita that Leo had become a problem that needed to be “dealt with.”
Leo saved Gwen during the blackout. If Leo is in danger because of EJ, perhaps Gwen will return the favor and save him. We wonder whether Leo might be kidnapped or become one of Dr. Rolf’s infamous “experiments.” It’s not above EJ to hold someone hostage.
The Spectator’s most lovable reporter has officially crossed a DiMera. EJ will only put up with so much before he takes action. Leo, watch your back!
