We love the bond he and Cody share, but this is also one of things moments where we hope certain people aren’t hearing this. The timing of that statement couldn’t be worse, considering his father is actually alive and at GH. We’ll be curious to see how the adults around James handle this revelation.

Elsewhere, the Ashford family drama ramped up last time. Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) is determined to keep Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) from being fingered for Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting. And the whole family chat ended with discord between Curtis and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) obviously noted something is wrong. And she was just as determined to protect her father and be in the loop as Marshall. She and Jordan Ashford (Tanish Harper) talk about the situation on Wednesday, September 24. Jordan will advise Trina to keep out of things. We can’t say we disagree with that. Trina has already gotten herself involved enough, and it led to a situation that could make her whole family look guilty. It’s only a matter of time until Drew learns what is missing from his safe, and with the fingerprints Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) left on the bat, that’s not good. At the every least, Drew will use this to harm the family more, even if he can’t tell what he knows without exposing himself as well.

Finally, General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina is happy, but curious about Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) return. Now that he has woken up, she’ll ask him how he is there. We’re curious if we’ll get an actual answer this time. We all know Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) return hasn’t been fully explained.
Based on how Nathan smiled, chances are good that this isn’t going to be an amnesia thing where he doesn’t know he’s Nathan. But if all the talk about his father is right, we can see where he might not be fully aware of certain things and not be able to answer some of the questions Nina has.
