The episode for Monday, September 15 looks like it’s going to be a fun one as we’re going to get some relationships hit rough water.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers Monday, September 15: Derek Accepts Ashley’s Proposal; Seeing Ted Reeling Shocks Eva
Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin) and Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) have grown on us as they’ve been given something more to do. So, it’s safe to say we’re cheering for them.
It took a minute, but Ashley realized she loves Derek and proposed.
We think there’s a good chance he’ll say yes, but there could be a but coming.
Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson) will have a hard time coming to terms with how he was dismissed by Nicole Richardson (Daphnée Duplaix) and the rest of the Duprees.
Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle) has calmed down and will pay him a visit. We expect she’ll be shocked to find him drunk or just shaken, and she’ll try to help him.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers for Monday, September 15: Derek wants to propose?
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers have no doubt Derek and Ashley belong together. But they often get in their own way.
Given that, it’s Derek’s turn to turn down her proposal. He could think she’s doing so out of sympathy, but we don’t think he will.
In fact, we think he’ll accept, but there could be a twist.
He was about to tell Ashley about having feeling in his leg, and he’ll tell her now. The issue will be he’ll want to wait until he can get on one knee and share his news.
Doing this will derail things for now, but the news could be enough to keep them together for now.
Maybe.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers for Monday, September 15: Eva’s Ted’s saving angel
Ted has had a few things go sideways lately, but those are also his fault. He wanted to be validated and praised.
The timing didn’t matter to him and we fully understand why the Duprees mocked him. Honestly, we got a laugh out of it.
Eva had her moment after he humiliated her mother, and now that he got the same taste thrown back at him she’ll help him.
Things have come full circle, and Eva will be the daughter Ted needs right now.
This will definitely prove interesting in the coming days, and we’re looking forward to how it all works out.
