General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, August 21 reveal Ava Jerome (Maura West) gets some news. Plus, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is over it. We’ll also go back to the PCPD for more Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) drama. Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, August 21: Do tell
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Ava gets intriguing intel. We assume this comes from Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), who swears Ava to secrecy about something. We wonder if this is about her deal with Ric Webber (Rick Hearst) to represent Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) on Nina’s dime. Without Willow knowing, of course. While we want to say Ava would keep Nina’s confidence, we also know she’s not happy with Ric right now. So who knows what she might end up doing with this information.
Of course, we’re sure this conversation will also include a full rundown of her encounter with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) at the Metro Court. We kind of see Ava being amused by the situation while also thinking Carly is out of line for what she said.
General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, August 21: Victory?
In other news, General Hospital spoilers say Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) get the upper hand. We’re curious how this works out. In the promo, it looks like Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) is willing to sign the statement, so long as Drew drops the fraud investigation. Is it possible Drew’s desire for revenge will keep him from agreeing? We’ll see. We kind of hope Martin will end up telling Drew what he can do with his offer. After all, Martin’s facing an investigation of his own, thanks to Drew. Why should he put himself on the line more without getting something in return other than keeping Drew as a client? A lot of good a client will do if he’s disbarred and/or in prison for the fraud as well.
General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, August 21: It’s war
Speaking of the investigation, Curtis is on the warpath. We don’t blame him, and we think he’ll already have something in mind to stop this whole thing. However, Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) will tell him that Drew has won this time. So, it sounds like she’s going to just accept what happens with the investigation because she is secure in knowing she did what she thinks is right. And she won’t want Curtis to have more problems after escalating this further. We’ll see if Curtis will listen, because we just don’t see him backing down.
