    Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of Monday, August 18 to Friday, August 22 reveal Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) learns a secret. Meanwhile, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) makes an offer. Plus, trial drama ramps up. Here’s what you need to know.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, August 18 to Friday, August 22: Confrontation

    First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Stephanie confronts Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) about investigating Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) company. We wonder if she’ll share this news with him. In the promo, Alex asks Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) if there is something to worry about with the filings for the DiMera takeover. We know Tony DiMera () and Gabi DiMera (Cherie Jimenez) hopes so! They will once again discuss her taking the top spot at DiMera once the company is back in the family’s hands.

    Elsewhere, Julie offers to buy the bookstore from Foster (Miles Anderson). Looks like she decided to take Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to heart after he declined to buy it because he’s got enough on his plate as it is. We’re glad to see this new part of Salem, as we’re big book fans. However, we’re sad that Foster will be moving after the sale. We’d like to see him around more. He and Julie are fun together. But at least this will give Julie new purpose and maybe take her mind of her many grudges.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, August 18 to Friday, August 22: Court drama

    Finally, Belle Black (Martha Madison) is going on about EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) crossing a line. Which, honestly, we don’t think he did in either instance. Belle was just doing her job when she brought up other reasons Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) was angry, and EJ was doing his when he tried to get that mistrial. Same with the Chanel DuPree (Raven Bowens) situation. We do believe the video was faked, but we wonder if EJ knows that? And he must know this is not enough evidence to get her arrested and charged. He is trying to present reasonable doubt for Johnny. While we see why they’d be angry about him being the one to alter the video, we don’t know for sure yet that he did. And we think that everyone’s been too worked up about this case because everyone is too close. This was a writing mess from beginning to end.

    Speaking of the end, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal a verdict will be reached. And there will be some courtroom drama beforehand. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is going to storm in and lose it, causing a massive stir that makes what she’s saying hard to catch. But we just bet Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) is already planning a book about all the juicy details.
