Days of Our Lives spoilers for Friday, June 11: Old tricks
First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal no surprises. See, we never bought this new and improved EJ. After all, he pretends like he bought the hospital to do good for it after they helped him when we know full well that plan was in place before the shooting. And he’s proving us right when he attempts to manipulate Belle Black (Martha Madison).
Obviously, he’s going to goad her into going all-in on what is on that memory card. He clearly knows what’s on there is not the real, full story of the shooting. But he’s going to likely prey on her relationship with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) to put the full focus on Chanel. Given we re-watched the first version of that EJ/Chanel confrontation and it didn’t have those lines about making sure he won’t live long enough, we wonder if this is revisionist writing, or it happened, but we just weren’t shown at the time. Either way, we think this will be bad for Johnny and EJ’s relationship. After all, EJ clearly is the one behind that delivery.

In other news, Johnny gets an update from Paulina Price (Jackée Harry). Of course, this will be the video where Chanel threatens EJ. Johnny will likely be shocked, but we don’t see him believing Chanel committed the crime. He might even be suspicious of the sudden evidence.
As for Chanel, she is grilled by Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) because of that video footage. Since Johnny is still going to be on trial, we don’t see this leading to Johnny being cleared while Chanel is arrested instead. But it will likely be of help in establishing reasonable doubt. Which is why we can’t help but wonder if EJ someone manipulated the footage.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Friday, June 11: Again?
Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal more unsurprising news. Sarah attempts to talk Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) into coming out with the truth. Since she has let so much else go since her accident, we think she needs to back off a bit. We also don’t see this being helpful, as Philip has a lot of motivation to keep silent. The only thing she can do to maybe get a different result is to offer evidence for immunity. But we don’t see that working out well.
