General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, June 3: Questions
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal things are getting real for Sonny. With the latest developments, he’s now a person of interest in a death. This has to be why Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) seeks out Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). We’re not sure whether he is actually working against Sonny or trying to help in some way. But it doesn’t sound good when Dante asks Jason, “Do I keep looking, or are they buried in the woods?”
They really managed to do a number with Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue). She went from someone who had prejudices she seemed to genuinely be working to fix. Then, she suddenly is revealed to be a two-time drunk driving offender, she spills Sonny’s secrets, and apparently regularly gets loaded and texts her son. And she made a big production of herself at the Christening because of some delusion Sonny was going to move to Belize with her. This is, in our opinion, the highest level of character assassination we’ve seen in a bit. It was like they were looking for ways to really make her look awful before finally killing her off. We really feel this was a wasted opportunity and they could have done so much better.

In other news, Michael is disturbed. General Hospital spoilers reveal this has something to do with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). We believe she’ll make an unapproved stop at Wiley Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) swim lesson and will likely not be at her best when she does it. In the promo, she and Michael are at the Metro Court pool when he asks her to not make this any harder on Wiley than it has to be.

Elsewhere, General Hospital spoilers reveal Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) snooping has caused a problem. Having carelessly left her file on a table where anyone could see it, it seems Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) knows about the file, but might not have looked at it just yet. But it will only be a matter of time. He and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) talk to Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) in the promo, and she has some advice. She thinks Rocco owes it to himself to find out the truth. So, it shouldn’t be long now before Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) eats her words about never keeping things from her kids or lying to them. It’s just a shame Rocco is going to suffer for the feud Lulu started.

Finally, let’s talk more about Sonny. He’ll be busy getting interviewed about Natalia. At the same time, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is busy breaking the news about what’s happened to Gio. She’s going to do more than that, though. She’ll warn Gio that he’s in danger if he keeps any ties with Sonny.
