Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, June 3: Farewell
First, Days o Our Lives spoilers reveal Salem mourns the loss of John Black (Drake Hogestyn). One of those, we assume, will be Roman Brady (Josh Taylor). The weekly showed Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) breaking the news of John’s passing. We’ll see who else we actually get to see reacting to the sad news. But one Salem resident will feel this loss the hardest, and we’re not ready.
See, grief overcomes Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and she falls apart. We know she’ll have lots of support around her, but we have a feeling she’ll want to get some space. We know from the weekly, she will realize she needs to learn to do things on her own now. So, it might not matter how badly people will want to be there for her and take on a lot of her burdens, she will likely want to keep busy as she tried to process the loss in private.

Elsewhere, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) just suffered an awful loss with John’s passing as well. But the good news will just keep on coming. See, Kristen makes a confession to Brady. We see a couple of possibilities here. One, it could have something to do with John and her feelings about him. After all, the timing would make sense for her to learn about what happened and she did react badly when she learned he’d been hurt initially. However, it might not be that simple for Brady.
Recently, it was clear she and EJ reached a somewhat unspoken understanding about her mother. If she keeps her mouth shut about what Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) saw the night of EJ’s shooting, she’ll get her mother. Well, as long as Rachel Blake (Roslyn Gentle) never sets foot in Salem again. We imagine Brady won’t like that. He did, after all, want to at least consider going to the police with what their daughter knows.

Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal EJ is startled when Belle Black (Martha Madison) begins to pull away from him. Clearly, he does care for her and he’ll want to be there for her in her grief. However, with her family’s obvious bad history, she might feel like she has to out of respect for John. Not to mention Marlena. But we’ll see.
