Queen Camilla showed off her adorable new addition to the family, her new puppy Moley, whom she adopted from Battersea Dogs and Cats Home after the sad death of her beloved Jack Russell Terrier, Beth, in November 2024.

Queen Camilla Shared A Photo Of Herself Holding Moley

Camilla shared a heartwarming photo of herself holding her new furry friend, a Jack Russell mix. Described as a “mischievous and much-loved companion,” Moley is pampered and adored.

The photograph marks Camilla’s first official image of herself with Moley. The pup is a female and was born on Boxing Day. Her mother is half Jack Russell, half “unknown.”

Camilla is known for paying tribute to her dogs by having them embroidered on her Coronation Gown, which is a sweet way to honor her pets.

Queen Camilla and King Charles arrived at the Chelsea Flower Show yesterday, and there were some very special visitors due to a new dog-friendly garden. The Duke of Edinburgh and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester were also in attendance.

The RHS and BBC Radio 2 Dog Garden is meant to honor the special bond between people and their canine friends.

The new, first-of-its-kind garden was designed by gardener and broadcaster, Monty Don, and award-winning horticulturist, Jamie Butterworth.

The garden has unique features that most dogs find irresistible. A lawn specifically for pups to roll around in and a life-size “dog house” which contains a comfy sofa and balls to play with.

It also has a shallow stream for the pups to wade in, magnificent dogwood trees, and several open trails for dogs to roam freely and explore. Not to mention dog-friendly plants to sniff.

A Brick Path In The Garden Features The Names Of Dogs On Bricks

The King and Queen joined David Beckham at Highgrove Shop at the Chelsea Flower Show, which sells products from Highgrove Gardens like honey and jam.

Interestingly, the monarch had also sent Beckham a 50th birthday gift. The King and Beckham share a love of gardening and nature.

Beckham, Charles, and Camilla met outside the Highgrove Gardens stand, which raises money for the King’s Foundation, which is a charity that builds sustainable communities and changes lives.

It does so through education and workshops focused on arts and crafts skills, with an emphasis on protecting nature. Beckham is an ambassador for the foundation.

The King also enjoyed the new “King’s rose.” It’s a new fuchsia and white striped rose variety named after Charles in support of the King’s Foundation.

The Chelsea Flower Show is in its 112th year. Kate Middleton’s brother, James Middelton, also stopped by to see the dog-friendly garden. His two golden retrievers, Mabel and Isla, and his lovely wife, Alizee accompanied him.

A brick path winding through the garden features the names of dogs on bricks, including Royal Horticultural Society ambassadors and BBC Radio 2 presenters.

There are also the names of the dogs that belong to the royal family. Including Queen Camilla’s dogs: her Jack Russell Terrier, Bluebell, her late dog, Beth, and her new puppy, Molly.

the king's Lagotto Romagnolo named Snuff

King Charles’ dog, a Lagotto Romagnolo named Snuff, is also part of the tribute. Once the show is over, the dog-friendly garden will be relocated to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, where Queen Camilla is an avid patron.

On opening day, Charles and Camilla visited the garden to admire their canine companion’s name engraved into the path.
