‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggest that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) may start snooping around and find out that Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) son.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Tracy Lashed Out At Lois For Keeping The Secret
Tracy recently learned that Brook Lynn had a son when she was a teen and gave the baby up for adoption. She had a very emotional reaction to Brook Lynn’s story.
Tracy went to Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) demanding answers. She accused Brook Lynn’s mother of forcing Brook Lynn to give up her baby, and the two of them had a war of words.
Lois tried to explain to Tracy that Brook Lynn decided to give her son up for adoption, and her role as a mother was to accept her decision and support her daughter as best she could.
Tracy told Lois that the young man in question is a Quartermaine and that she knew Lois’s motivation for “forcing” Brook Lynn into an adoption was because she wanted to keep him away from the family.
She pointed out that Lois was willing to share this information with her mother, Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta). However, she never mentioned a word of this to Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), and despite Brook Lynn being unable to be a mother at the time, he could have stayed with the family until she was ready.
By the end of the showdown, Tracy told Lois that she couldn’t wait for the day she could kick her out of the Quartermaine mansion for good.
We fear that day may be rapidly approaching. Knowing Tracy, she won’t let this go. She knows that a Quartermaine heir exists who doesn’t know his family and the opportunities he would have had if he had known.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Tracy Could Probe Brook Lynn Or Lulu For More Information
We have a feeling Tracy will use her expansive Quartermaine resources to do some digging and uncover the truth.
Tracy would persist until she finds out that Gio is Brook Lynn and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) son.
Kudos to both ladies, Jane Elliot and Rena Sofer, for hitting those scenes out of the park in the May 5th episode of the soap. The tension between the two ladies was palpable, and their acting was superb.
Another route Tracy could take is to talk more to Brook Lynn or probe Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Breuning). Brook Lynn admitted that Lulu discovered Martin Grey’s (Michael E. Knight) notes, and that was how she learned that Brook Lynn and Dante share a child.
Lulu knows that Brook Lynn and Dante’s baby was born in California, which she found out at Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) birthday party.
Tracy and Lulu may figure out together that Gio is the child Brook Lynn gave birth to. The fallout would be spectacular when Tracy confronts Lois upon learning the truth due to either scenario.
Tracy and potentially the entire family would be livid with Lois, as Gio has been living under the Quartermaine roof, and Lois never said a word.
We can’t wait for another round of these two formidable women verbally duking it out. While there is no love lost between Tracy and Lois, Elliot and Sofer work together beautifully.
