    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, April 22 reveal EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is awake! The question is, will it lead to answers? Meanwhile, Tate Black (Leo Howard) and Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) get closer. Plus, it’s complicated for Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). Here’s what you need to know.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, April 22: Back in action

    First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal EJ regains consciousness. We saw this near the end of the Monday, April 21 episode. Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk), who’d been interrupted in her attempt to link with EJ and find out who shot him, will obviously be thrilled. However, she shouldn’t expect answers.

    Sure, we saw EJ dreaming about the shooting and he clearly did see the culprit. However, we just don’t expect him to share that information. Whether it’s because he’s unable to communicate or has the typical Soap amnesia, we think the shooter will remain a mystery a bit longer. It’d be too easy to have him wake up this fast and point a finger.

    Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, April 22: Closer and closer

    As for Tate, the bond between him and Sophia gets stronger.  Obviously, her pregnancy and the adoption situation is a big part of that. But now that Tate really screwed up and he’s single as a result, there is no stopping a Sophia and Tate reunion. And we see Sophia being more than willing to step in to pick up the pieces for Tate. While she might not want to raise a baby with him at this point, we think it’s clear she still has feelings for him and would happily get back together.

    Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal a bit of a departure. While Susan will be celebrating her precious Elvis’ return, Johnny has ambivalent feelings about what’s happened. We guess those talks he’s been getting (and the visit with mom) did little to change his feelings about EJ and what he did. He’ll still want nothing to do with him, especially when it means an obstacle to the adoption dream.

    We do, however, still feel like Johnny’s not being fair here. He literally listened to Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) admit she violated someone as well and barely batted an eye. We think it’s a bit hypocritical and the whole behind the scenes team needed to do better there.
