    ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, November 29 reveal a tragic twist to Thanksgiving in Salem. Meanwhile, we’ll see some returning characters. Plus, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) gets some news about John Black (Drake Hogestyn). Here’s what you need to know.

    ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For Friday, November 29: Tragic news

    First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) made a heartbreaking discovery when he tried to wake Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) for Thanksgiving dinner.

    Now, that sad news that Doug has died spreads across Salem. We know Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) is already at the house, so he’ll be one of the first to find out.

    Meanwhile, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) grieves for the love of her life. As we mentioned before, these are going to be some hard scenes to watch. The clips in the weekly show a heartbreaking moment where Julie says goodbye.

    Obviously, there is so much real-life emotion packed into that scene, and we can’t begin to imagine how it must have felt playing this scene out. Especially given how far ahead the show films. We, again, send love and prayers to everyone who knew Bill Hayes and is still grieving his loss.

    Elsewhere, we already saw two couples return to Salem for the holiday. But there are some family members that were not in town for dinner who will change those plans. Teasers say Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) lean on each other as they grieve.

    Hope will get a call from Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) to give her the sad news. And Hope will likely have to be the one to break it to her son. It won’t be long before the pair makes their way back to town to join their family and say goodbye.

    ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For Friday, November 29: Update

    Finally, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal the start of another sad story in Salem. It seems Marlena has news about John that she shares with Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans). As you might have seen, the show made the decision to kill off John while Hogestyn was sick, hoping that he’d be able to return.

    Given what we saw in the Day of Days promo, we assume this news she shares with Kayla will be that John went missing. But this is also where Kayla will have to break the news about Doug, so there will be a lot for Salem to process going forward.
