Just this past week, Michael took to Instagram to share with his followers that he needed to raise money to get through this battle.
He shared the link on his account and captioned it, “Hi, I am Michael Ilesanmi from TLC’s TV show 90 Day Fiancé. I have been put in a situation where I unfortunately have to ask for help. Due to the recent legal filing by Angela against me, I must seek legal advice. I have obtained an attorney, but the fees are expensive. I have a legal battle to fight and that fight will be expensive.”
He went on to say, “I am asking all my fans to help- whatever you can give I would deeply appreciate. I understand all of us are having hard times and I hate to ask others for money support, but it seems like due to the legal actions brought against me, I have to ask.

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After Spoilers – The Charges Against Michael
Angela filed for the annulment just a few weeks ago and she claims that Michael “fraudulently induced her into a marriage for the purpose of gaining legal permanent resident status in the United States.”
The legal documents also suggest that Michael was “engaged in a conspiracy with other Nigerian men to induce U.S. citizens into marriage for the purpose of gaining legal permanent resident status.”
With all of the drama that Angela has started since Michael moved to the States, she found out, through a private investigator, that Michael never cheated on her and that there was no evidence that he ever scammed her or any other American women. It turns out that he was telling the truth about the Paradise Men’s chat group.
Since he opened the GoFundMe, he has seen a lot of donations coming his way. He has thanked his fans in advance to helping him to raise the needed funds to fight Angela in court.
