Judge Carl Nichols ordered Biden’s Department of Homeland Security to release the immigration records of Prince Harry to determine if the information should go public.

The Heritage Foundation Wants Harry’s Files to Be Released to the Public

The Heritage Foundation is trying to force DHS to open the sensitive material. While it is a breach of privacy, the Heritage Foundation argued that because the Duke may have not only lied on his immigration paperwork that he never used illegal drugs, he also made a significant sum of money telling the world about his drug use. Some would say he even encouraged it.

If Harry did not tell the truth on his paperwork, he could be booted from the US or disqualified by a border agent.

The administrator of the Freedom at the Heritage Foundation at the Margaret Thatcher Center, Nile Gardiner, said,

“This is a big game-changer here. From our point of view, this is a very encouraging positive development. The judge has ordered the handover of these documents within two weeks. March 21st is the deadline, and then the judge will review exactly what is inside Prince Harry’s immigration record. So the stakes are very high here.”

Donald Trump weighed in on this and said that if he were reelected as president, Harry would be on his own. He exclaimed that the Duke disrespected Queen Elizabeth and that he would refuse to help Harry.

The Heritage Foundation took legal action against the Department of Homeland Security under the Freedom of Information Act.

It has been thought that Harry may have received favorable treatment when he came to the US due to his royal status.

Prince Harry Talked About His Drug Use in His Book, “Spare”

Judge Nichols stated that the Freedom of Information Act entitles him to see the paperwork. He explained that an in-camera review was necessary to look at confidential or private information privately to determine if it should be made public.

Prince Harry book Spare did not make his relationship any better with his family

That is what Prince Harry is facing, and it’s very serious. In Harry’s tell-all memoir, “Spare,” he admitted to using marijuana, cocaine, and magic mushrooms to help him cope with the tragic loss of his mother, Princess Diana.

The Duke also made an odd statement that these drugs helped him see “the truth.” This is a person who, after taking magic mushrooms, said that a bin in his bathroom stared at him and then grew a head.

Harry’s visa application could reveal that he lied about his drug use. DHS may be forced to explain the “particular harm” that could come of these papers being released.

Harry’s legal team, in turn, said that Harry’s admission to past drug use could be embellished. It could even be made up to sell books. His lawyer, John Bardo, told the High Court that.

“The book isn’t sworn testimony or proof, and saying something in a book doesn’t necessarily make it proof.”

It’s not proof, but it could be karma coming around to bite Harry in the a**. He has done nothing but overshare all the private details of his life for years to turn a profit. Ironically, his book could cost him his status in the US. Also, prohibiting and any chance of becoming a US citizen in the future.

What did you think about this? Is Harry and his family still entitled to security? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below. If you liked reading this article, then check out our other features on the Daily Soap Dish.
