‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that Blaze’s (aka Allison Rogers, played by Jacqueline Grace Lopez) mother, Natalia-Rogers Ramirez (Eva LaRue), is coming to Port Charles for a visit.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Natalia Will Shake Things Up
Spoilers indicate that Blaze’s mom will shake things up. With Blaze ready to tell her parents about her feelings for Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi), she may need some support, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) could be the key.
Blaze says that her parents are devout Catholics. They would be shocked by Blaze’s admission and unsure how to handle the situation. That’s where Sonny would fit in nicely.
Sonny can help the family come to terms with Blaze’s sexuality and be there for his daughter, Kristina, in case things get messy. There is nothing that Sonny won’t do for his family.
When Sonny and Natalia meet, it will spark an instant attraction. However, they will be at odds if Natalia doesn’t accept Blaze’s revelation that she is gay.
In addition to her newly proclaimed sexuality, Natalia may have an issue with Kristina in general. For example, she may not like that she is the daughter of an alleged mobster, possibly putting her baby girl in danger.
Natalia may also be against Kristina because she is pregnant and is her sister’s surrogate. It could strike Blaze’s mother as odd that Kristina was impregnated by using her egg with TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) sperm.
Natalia is likely to have a poor reaction to everything. Sonny will defend Kristina and try to convince Natalia that his daughter can do no wrong.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sonny Will Charm Natalia and Win Her Over
Sonny will say that he believes that Blaze and Kristina are adults who can make their own decisions. However, that may not be enough and result in friction between the two well-meaning parents.
Sonny and Natalia may not get along at first. They could decide to go somewhere like Charlie’s Pub to have a private conversation, trying to work things out for the sake of their daughters. Cue Sonny’s soothing words and irresistible dimples. He will start to charm her and win her over.
Soon, their meeting is about more than their two daughters forging a new relationship. They realize they have chemistry and want to get to know each other better.
Sonny, who has all but divorced his wife, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), won’t hesitate to explore his newfound feelings for Natalia. It would be interesting if Nina walked in at Charlie’s Pub and saw them together.
Nina would throw an oversized hissy fit. She would walk right over to the table where Sonny and Natalia were sitting and ask point-blank whether something was going on between them.
Sonny, of course, doesn’t need to justify himself for keeping the company of a “beautiful lady.” Natalia will want to know who Nina is. We wouldn’t be surprised if, by that point, Sonny refers to Nina as his ex-wife.
If Sonny and Natalia end up taking things a step further, the fallout would be exciting. Kristina and Blaze are still just getting to know each other. If their parents have a steamy hookup, it could make things complicated for them.
