‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers document that going along with someone who might also become a serious love interest is dangerous. But that was part of the game Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) played.
Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) seemed to blurt out devastating information to Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). She did so at the Genoa City Athletic Club while he was distracted by Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson).
The seeming jealousy Audra exhibited can not be discounted. While she is not in love with Tucker, Audra definitely sees the value in maintaining ties with him.

It is impossible to know who the cat is or if there are two. The same goes for the mouse in this storyline.
Tucker is the master manipulator. He has been practicing the fine art of deception long before Audra and Kyle were born.
Not knowing who might come out on top, Audra is hedging her bets. She likely believes Tucker might win, but that is based on her memory bias. Tucker might take over Jabot, but if he does not, she wants to avoid cutting ties with the man she has fallen in love with, Kyle.
‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers – Jack Abbott Allowing Son To Freelance?
One challenging element of this tale involves Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) allowing Kyle to engage directly with Tucker. It is a stretch to believe he would do so simply because Kyle recently agreed to return to the fold.
Viewers recall that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) created this plan with Kyle. They believed Mealor’s character could reestablish his father’s trust by besting Tucker.
But Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) decision to leave Jabot and work with his mother at Chancellor-Winters changed the trajectory. Kyle agreed to take Billy’s spot aside, Jack, and there was no need for a high-risk, possible reward game with Tucker. Yet, that effort continues.
‘Young And The Restless’ Spoilers – Audra Charles’ Outcome Is Sketchy
There is no doubt about it. Audra is smart, effective, and highly desirable.
But Tucker loves Ashley and recently told Audra he would cross any line for her. So, Silver’s character knows his interest will be elsewhere indefinitely.
Kyle left his wife and had a consensual connection with Audra. That romantic bond was not pure gamesmanship.
Audra will likely be unable to continue the balancing act between Tucker and Kyle for much longer. But who she ends up with, if either, is still being determined. Will she work at Newman Media, for Tucker, or possibly at Jabot on Y&R?
