‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that the showdown between Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) may just be heating up. Their back-and-forth over Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) has been strange and he has taken advantage of it a bit. However, in their latest interaction, we saw a side of Sharon that we don’t witness often, and she was giving Summer the death stare.
Chance is definitely playing both sides here and seeing which one he favors more, but if Sharon steps to the side, it may make Chance realize what he wants. The classic “want what you can’t have” angle may very well work out for her and he could push Summer to the side to get to her.

Fans reacted to the moment saying, “I was actually a little surprised at Sharon’s answer about Chance. Who will this be opening the door for, and I don’t think it’s Nick.”, “A mature lady’s jealously for a younger man makes her look as desperate as Phyllis….I mean, when your own child eyerolls you…😂..are we still in high school Phyllis???”, “And by the time Sharon finished saying that, in her mind, Summer had already picked out the wedding menu for her and Chance’s wedding!”, and “Sharon and Chance should have never happened. It is odd and they just don’t work.”
Viewers are divided about who Chance should end up with, but at this point, it’s probably that Summer and Sharon could have a cease fire and explain that neither of them are going to go after Chance. Effectively making him end up with no one and having to look elsewhere rather than leading both of them on.
