‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers document that seeing your wife kissing any other guy passionately likely means game-over. But witnessing a nemesis being kissed by the woman you love on the streets of Rome, Italy, bends the mind.
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) began obsessing about Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) wife for years. It started when the Thomas recast took place in 2019. The new storyline direction had the character Atkinson began playing target Hope as the object of his affection. He also wanted her to be a replacement mother for Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), which she soon became.

It seemed like a good idea when John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) encouraged Liam to book a flight to Rome, Italy, and surprise Hope. He took the advice, never anticipating the outcome.
Clifton’s character wanted to prevent his wife from allowing Thomas to attend the Forrester Creations’ fashion event. Hope took Liam’s prodding as an insult and refused to block the designer whose designs created a sensation in the fashion world to stay home.
But Liam’s makeup intentions made him eye-witness Hope kissing Thomas in public. They could not see Liam, but he certainly saw that mega reveal.
‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers – Kissing Steffy Forrester Finnegan In Italy and LA
Liam sat blocks from where Hope kissed Thomas. The devastation on his face shook Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
The likelihood of Liam being in the right spot to see that kiss and Steffy happening to cross paths with her ex-husband was good in both instances. Liam was reeling. Steffy offered compassion, and he interpreted that as a go-ahead to kiss her.
Wood’s character understood why he reacted that way in Rome. But when they returned to Los Angeles, California, Liam kissed her again in the cliff house.
Liam was told, in no uncertain terms, not to do that again and to make his marriage work. He has abided by Steffy’s wishes not to make another play for her but demanded a divorce from Hope, which she granted.
‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers – Hope Logan Doesn’t Look Back?
Hope increasingly appears to be committed to Thomas. They have a much-discussed romantic connection, with their long-term commitment questioned.
However, the pressure various people are putting on both halves of this unlikely couple could serve to seal their bond. What people are doing, without realizing it, is forcing Hope and Thomas to accelerate their relationship.
But Liam is lurking. He is angry and feels betrayed by Hope. If Liam gets to the point where he feels hopeless, Thomas could quickly become his revenge target on B&B.
