‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers have a love and hate relationship with the decisions characters make in the show, and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) took it to another level.
It wasn’t that he was wrong per se, but he was. On the Monday, December 25’s episode, Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) told him she didn’t want Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) around her baby.
So it was only a matter of time until Eric ignored her wishes when he took Jude out for a walk.
Not that it was surprising as he’s a kind and caring soul, but he took it to another level when he spotted Nicole and Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis).

Eric generally thinks of others first, and when he saw Nicole and Holly, he may have legitimately wanted to offer them help.
That’s understandable, but Nicole was trying to get away when he literally ran up with the baby stroller to say hi and started to explain how he decided to take Jude for a walk instead of a drive.
Nicole cut him off and said she wasn’t comfortable and she’s sure Sloan isn’t.
His response was that he told Sloan they live in a small town and they’ll bump into each other, and he’s right.
But to run at Nicole with the baby and stroller she just took? Seriously?
Eric’s stupid switch was stuck on for this one as his selfish desire to check on them and try to smooth things over and move on dominated his mindset.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – Creating problems
To be fair, Eric is extremely comfortable with Nicole and Holly, so it’s not shocking that he’d want to talk to them and want to move forward with them.
But his decision to have breakfast with them is going to lead to a fight with Sloan since she saw them, and it’s going to put him into a tough spot as he’ll try to deal with her anger toward Nicole and his desire to create a peace.
Of course, his peace is where he’s comfortable unless there’s missionary work he can run off to do.
It’s another step on the way of breaking him and Sloan up so we get Eric and Nicole together again, which is something most fans aren’t looking forward to.
It’s a pretty interesting dynamic for ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers as it’s an argument between Eric’s selfishness and what he views as being selfless. Things are going to get interesting pretty fast.
