90 Day Fiance: The Other Way cast member, Shekinah Garner has been making enemies very quickly since she appeared on the Tell-All. She and her fiancé, Sarper Guven have made a name for themselves for being one of the most toxic couples in 90 Day Fiancé history.
Shekinah was quick to throw her judgment on the other couples during the Tell-All but ran away when they started in on her.
Not only have Sarper and Shekinah shown their true colors, but now it looks as if she is getting even more hate for her new look. Shekinah has been very open about the plastic surgeries that she has had and now it looks as if she has had a third nose job.

During a Live session on Instagram, Shekninah was seen with a bandage on her nose as she talked to her fans. She told her fans that she was so happy with the way that her nose looks now and Sarper confirmed just how much he liked it too.
However, this big announcement was met with a lot of backlash from her followers. The comments began to come in and there were plenty of negative ones.
One of her followers wrote, “OMG! The distance between your nostrils and the tip of your nose is so big, you paid to have that done?” Another added, “Ugh. What did she do to her nose??? She doesn’t look anything like she did on the show. I think she’s gonna be the next Darcey soon.”

According to Shekinah, this is the third plastic surgery that she has had done to her nose. She even asked her die-hard fans to pay for a subscription to her Instagram account so that they could see the behind-the-scenes recovery.
Not only has she had nose jobs, but she admitted that she has had two facelifts, two neck lifts, a brow lift, lip injections, Botox, and upper Blepharoplasty.
Shekinah told fans that she had tried everything besides surgery in her lifetime. She then added, “I had tried every facial product and treatment available to me, and nothing provided surgery-like results… so it was time for actual surgery.”
Shekinah now feels better than ever and is happy with all the work her doctors have done for her.
