‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that if you follow Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra) at all, you know she is a driven, self-reliant person who always tries to look at things on the bright side. Although, after she was involved in a car accident with her family, the moment left her feeling less than hopeful.
While everyone seems to be doing fine after the accident, it has clearly left a mark on Hope. She took to Instagram stories to share her thank yous to everyone who reached out, saying, “I’m OK physically. I’m definitely really bummed and really drained, but I’m just so thankful that everyone involved was OK.”

Oddly enough, the incident took part outside Harry Houdini’s house! Thankfully, it ended with a great story as the people involved were not injured either and in fact, they even got along with the people, “The most wild experience was how positive and overwhelmingly beautiful it ended up being hanging out with the guy and his family and my family. People that witnessed it stayed for hours and workers and neighbors and Oprah’s team were at the Houdini house and them coming down… By the end, we were laughing and taking photos.”
She continued to say, “Honestly, all that mattered was that we were all OK. And then we just spent the next few hours handling logistics, brushing off the stress and the shock.”
She continued, “What really matters is human beings. Kindness and love and gratitude goes a long way. It was so eye-opening to see that in the midst of darkness, there is light if you just become it.”
Thankfully, everyone is doing alright and while they may be a bit shaken up by the experience, no one was injured. We’re glad to hear that Hope, her family and the other drivers were able to enjoy what was left of the evening with a smile on their face.
