First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Willow opens up to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Give what she says in the promo, one would think she’s still frustrated about those dreams.
She could mention this to Michael, which might give him some insight into what these dream warnings are about. Of course, it just as easily could be Michael about to slip and warn her about Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) himself because she was gushing about the fun Halloween moment they all shared.
It was clear from watching his constant pouts and glares he was barely keeping it together as it was. Something he’ll have to work on if he’s planning to keep quiet for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Willow’s sakes. It won’t take long for people to pick up on the bad vibes.

Elsewhere, Laura and Kevin debrief. He’ll likely give her whatever information he can about his observations into Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), and Laura will talk about what she’s learned. Well, most of it.
It’s obvious he’ll know about the Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) when she says, “Who knows what kind of lies he filled her head with?” However, she’s got a line to walk. If he knows what she did and believes she is capable of more, he’d have no choice but to tell.

In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) checks on Carly. Makes sense, given all the recent changes and drama with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). But the conversation should turn more to the change in the dynamics when it comes to Nina.
She’ll tell Sam, “Whatever happened in Puerto Rico seemed to have changed everything.” Her tone almost makes it sound like she’s not exactly in agreement with this, but we’ll see.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For November 3: Not so fast…
Finally, it seems Valentin is alarmed. In the promo, he tells Charlotte, “Not so fast; stay where you are.” Either he sees some potential danger, or this is one of those red herring moments that will make Charlotte squirm, as she’s clearly got some tricks ahead for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
As for Anna, her search of that trunk has apparently given her confidence. She’ll tell Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), “I know exactly who I’m up against.” We think Valentin’s initial warning to Charlotte would apply well here.
She clearly doesn’t know if Valentin hasn’t been upfront with her and this will likely be a dead-end situation for her. Unless it does lead to the shooter, as we still don’t believe Charlotte had anything to do with that, regardless of the apparently mind control she’s under.
