‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers discover that Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) goes to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) about Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).
Gladys, of course, doesn’t tell Nina the whole truth about what is happening. Gladys tells Nina she needs $50,000 for Sasha’s medical expenses at Ferncliff.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Nina Helps Gladys Save Sasha
Nina doesn’t buy it and is quick to call Gladys’s bluff. Gladys tells Nina she is in deep and needs $50,000 to pay her gambling debts. Nina figures out that if the court had not frozen Deception’s stock, Gladys would use Sasha’s assets.
Nina is understandably disgusted that Gladys would use Sasha’s money. She tells Gladys that she needs to come clean to Sonny and kicks Gladys’s sorry butt right out of her office.
However, once Gladys steps outside of Nina’s office, she receives a call from Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) telling Gladys she has two days to come up with the money, or he is going to make it so that Sasha can’t leave Ferncliff.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Gladys Begs Nina for Money
Gladys goes back into the office. She may not tell Nina about her role in Sasha’s unraveling. Instead, she will probably put all the blame on Dr. Montague.
However, Nina may not believe Gladys at first. She may refuse to give Gladys the money, thinking it is another lie.
Gladys will become desperate and somehow talk Nina into forking over the cash. However, Nina will start talking about telling the truth about what is going on with Sasha to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)
That is when Gladys shows her hand, swearing Nina to secrecy, even though Nina knows it would be a good idea to be honest with him and get Sonny on board with the plan.
Gladys is far too concerned about Sonny finding out about what she did to Sasha, and she will not budge on this.
This situation will leave Nina feeling like she can’t trust Gladys but will give Gladys the money, fearing for Sasha’s safety.
‘General Hospital” Spoilers: Nina Wants to Tell Sonny
Nina wants to tell Sonny to deal with the doctor, but Gladys knows Sonny is suspicious of her shady behavior with Selina Wu (Lydia Look).
Knowing Sonny, he will put two and two together and figure out that Gladys has been gambling Sasha’s money away on Selina’s illegal card games.
The last thing Gladys wants to do is tell the truth about what she did to Sasha and why. After careful consideration, Nina will probably go to Sonny and tell him about Gladys.
You can bet that, at the very least, Sonny will inflict bodily harm on Dr. Montague. He will likely have him killed for doing this to Sasha.
What will he do to Gladys when he finds out Gladys set Sasha up for a significant fall? General Hospital is good at building suspense; they may decide to drag this one out.
The payoff could be huge if Sonny finds out that not only did Gladys gamble away Sasha’s money but that she also put Sasha’s life into the hands of the evil Dr. Montague.
It is hard to say whether Sonny would harm his family, but there will be significant repercussions.
