    ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for August 30th reveal Team Deception is in for a shock. Meanwhile, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) puts his ridiculous plan in motion while Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) reaches out for help. We’ll also see whether or not Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will hand over the cash. Here’s what you need to know.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 30: Deception shocker

    First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is blindsided. Obviously, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) was the last person she expected to be suing Deception for stealing an idea.

    Whatever the motivation, Tracy is clearly going for the jugular. In the promo, she says, “This can be resolved quickly and quietly.” Why do we get the feeling resolving the situation means putting Deception in her hands?

    Or at least, getting Lucy out of there. It’s not like she needs the money, really. Of course, she was married to a con, so maybe she’s just following in his footsteps. Either way, Lucy will be at a loss and wonder, “What just happened?”

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 30: Fail?

    Elsewhere, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) tries to visit Sasha. We believe “try” is the operative word, as Dante will tell someone, “The news isn’t good.” We’re assuming Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) is keeping her more isolated than ever as he waits for Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) to pay up.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 30: Bad idea

    In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, Cody puts on a show. We guess Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will try to talk him out of it one more time. In the promo, he insists, “This is the only way I can get in to see Sasha.”

    We can’t with the idea she’s going along with this at all. The man was caught sneaking into her room and Sasha ended up being in a worse state for it. There is no way he’s getting anywhere near her. Especially since he now has a restraining order against him.

    As for Sasha, it seems she’s coming to her senses, despite Dr. Evil’s drugs. She’ll plead with Nurse Janice (Lauren Swickard), “Don’t let Dr. Montague near me!” We hope she’ll be of help to Sasha. Despite her obvious hard-nosed, rude behavior, we’ve seen a nicer side to her lately.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For August 30: Will she or won’t she?

    Finally, Nina gets shocking intel. We have to say we were proud of Nina for not trusting Gladys. And for calling her out when she learned Gladys intended to pay a personal debt with Sasha’s money. Say what you will about Nina, she definitely cares for Sasha and always does her best to help.

    But Nina was surprised to learn the money was supposed to be in exchange for Sasha’s release. Clearly, Nina will have some doubts and we don’t blame her. But Gladys will ask, “What do I have to do to convince you?” Should Gladys convince her, we have no doubt Nina will hand over the money.
