‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that star Jess Walton (Jill Abbott) says there’s a good reason why all of her co-stars and the crew of the hit CBS show love it so much each and every time Tristan Rogers (Colin Atkinson) comes back on the show: and that’s because she knows it will be a good time! The actor, who also plays Robert Scorpio on ‘General Hospital’, recently reprised his role on ‘Young and the Restless’, much to Jill’s delight. Here’s what she has to say.
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Jill says that Tristan is the one co-star who always makes her laugh, no matter what time of day it is. She tells the publication that sometimes rehearing with him can be a challenge, simply because she’s always in a serious fit of giggles. That’s not such a bad thing, right?

Jill explains, “I have to keep telling him, ‘Please don’t say it like that because I’m going to laugh when I’m not supposed to in the story.’ But when we run lines, I usually end up laughing the whole time. He’s so great.”

Now as far as what makes Tristan so funny, Jill admits that it’s kind of hard to explain. She says, “He’ll slightly change the line, and even though it still means what the writers intended, the way he says it is so hilarious. But I had a fabulous time working with him even though it was only for two shows. I love Jill and Colin together, they are so amusing. It’s not a forced thing with Tristan and me.”
