pFans were rejoicing when they saw the new trailer for Season 18 of Sister Wives. The new season is slated to premiere on August 20 on TLC. The first wife to leave Kody Brown was Christine Brown and as this season will progress, fans will learn more about how the other wives broke away from Kody.
However, there is one wife still standing by him, Robyn Brown. In the new trailer, she will shed a lot of tears and explain her dream of being married to him and what she wanted before the other wives decided that they no longer wanted to be married to him. Let’s find out more.

In the trailer for the new season, there are a lot of tense moments between the Browns. There is even one moment where Janelle Brown tells Christine that she “doesn’t want to be married anymore.”

The tensions are running high and during the trailer, fans saw Robyn crying her eyes out over the fact that the wives aren’t going to be around anymore. She tells Kody, “I wanted to sit on a porch with my sisters wives with our kids and our grandkids.”
Kody then opens up in a confessional, “I worked so hard to do what was right and when you lose that, well, I should just be the devil I think I am now.” It turns out that this season of the show will fully concentrate on the wives finally leaving their marriage to Kody.
In one scene, Meri Brown and Kody are talking and she tells him that she still has hope for them, but in a few other scenes, it is clear that she no longer wants to be married to him.
Did all of the wives finally realize how unhappy they were with Kody when Christine decided to leave him? Janelle came shortly after and her fans weren’t surprised by this at all. She tried her best to be a good wife to him and even when he insulted their children, she still stood by him.
It seems as if Meri should have taken the hint years ago when Kody told her that he had no interest in being intimate with her ever again because that was for couples in love.
This season of Sister Wives is going to be one for the books. There are so many changes in the lives of the Browns and we will get a chance to see them all happen.
