‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers suggests that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) has a specific plan for how she is going to use her new company, Simply Ashley, to bring down Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). She has to get Diane out of Jabot and out of the Abbott family once and for all.

Ashley Abbott hates Diane Jenkins. Diane faked her death and left Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and their son Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) in anguish.
Ashley doesn’t trust Diane and she doesn’t believe that Diane has turned her life around. She is furious that Jack has forgiven Diane and has fallen in love with her.
Jack has taken it a step farther and has hired Diane to be the Chief Talent Officer at Jabot. Ashley thinks this is unconscionable and that Jack needs to be stopped before he destroys the family company.
She considered staging a coup, trying to get Jack removed as CEO, but she doesn’t have enough support from the board.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Plan for Diane
Ashley Abbott has shared her new plan with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). She wants to siphon off the employees from Jabot. She wants to reach out to them one by one, offering them better pay and more benefits.
As she does this, she wants to turn them against Diane. She knows many have loyalty to Jack but believes that she can start to turn the employees against Diane and weaken Jabot in doing so. Then she’ll be able to take it over.
Tucker is not sure this will work. He thinks that it will be a slow process that may not even be helpful in the long run. Tucker may not have the patience for this plan. Will he support Ashley in this, or will she be going alone?
He has a stake in this company too and wants Simply Ashley to succeed. Will he join this plan just so Ashley can have her revenge on Diane? What do you think? Will this be a successful plan?
