‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers show that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) has been going back and forth between Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) for decades and causing emotional distress each time.
It wasn’t only him, though, as both the women would give in and end up going back to him every time.
This has been happening forever, and it felt like it would never end until Taylor and Brooke made a pact together that they were not going to go back to Ridge and pledged that their friendship would come before him every time.
While this was an interesting moment and made for a few months when they held back, they finally broke, and Taylor made a play for Ridge, ruining their pact.

Of course, this broke Brooke, but it looked like she almost wanted it to happen, and was glad that she could finally make her own play for Ridge.
We all expected Ridge to falter at any moment, but it actually looks like he is acknowledging what’s going on and realizes that if he does get back with them, it will probably end up in heartbreak and he’s tired of doing this.
It has only taken a few decades, but it looks like Ridge is finally beginning to grow as a person, and even if he wants to get back with Brooke, he realizes that it would not be good for him, or her. Not to mention the drama it would cause with Taylor, then the entire family would be up in arms again.
Is Ridge actually thinking with his head for once and could he actually turn down Brooke even as she’s standing in his arms right now?
