‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) has become quite an awful character if we’re being honest.
Ever since he lost his ability to be a surgeon, he has been tumbling down life and making bad decision after bad decision. Now, he’s mixing it up with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and acting like he can do no wrong.
However, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) finally had enough and called it like it was, attacking Nate for becoming a terrible person, cheating on her, and failing as a businessman.
She also explained how she was going to go back to work in medicine and actually help people. You could tell that Nate was emotionally damaged from her tirade, but it’s something he needed to hear.

Nate has been struggling ever since he lost the ability to be a surgeon, and has become a very unlikable character while entering into the business world and working for Victoria. He has done nothing but burn bridges and create turmoil while cheating on Elena and acting like he did nothing wrong.
We wonder if this will help wake up Nate and help him realize that he is acting like a fool. Perhaps he could even go back into medicine. Nate doesn’t have to stay in the business world, and would probably be a lot happier if he went back into medicine because the path he is on right now isn’t going to end up well.
Especially working under Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), sorry I meant Victoria Newman. I get those two mixed up all the time. She is a terrible influence on him and there is nothing good that she is teaching him. Go back to what you love Nate, and maybe fans will be on your side again.
