Decisiones: Unos ganan, otros pierden spoilers reveal there’s a high price to a hot temper. The second episode of this anthology series dealt with the issue of road rage. Several characters lives are changed when someone can’t keep their temper in check, something that is a very real issue in today’s world. Telemundo news provided statistics about how prevalent this issue is. So, who came out a winner? Let’s break it down.

Decisiones: Unos ganan, otros pierden — The plot

So, last night’s episode started with Abelardo López (David Páez) running an errand for Lucía López (Mónica Gaviria). He crosses paths with Carlos Díaz (Jorge Luis Pila), a swim teacher sleeping with his student, Lorena (Alejandra Villafañe). Their cars nearly collide, which prompted Abelardo to cut them off, then get out and attack Carlos. Decisiones: Unos ganan, otros pierden spoilers reveal his decision leaves Abelardo in a coma, and he eventually dies. But he’s not the only one making bad choices.

Lorena complicates her relationship with Carlos by leaving her bra in his car on purpose. Carlos’ decision to slack off on parenting duties leads his wife, Elena (Fiona Horsey) to deal with the kid’s car seat. She, of course, finds the bra and the war is on.

Decisiones: Unos ganan, otros pierden — Loser

Besides Abelardo, there was another big loser last night. And, as usual, their downfall stemmed from bad choices. Carlos’ choice to take off after knocking Abelardo out in the road (and not calling anyone) lead to him being torn apart by guilt. Because of his act (and disobeying his wife’s advice to stay quiet when he admits what he did), he  gets locked up. He also loses access to his son, as Elena ain’t trying to raise a baby that way.

Decisiones: Unos ganan, otros pierden — Biggest winner

So, this show proves that fate works in strange ways. While Abelardo and Carlos lost big, thanks to bad decisions, Lorena’s own might have helped her. Decisiones: Unos ganan, otros pierden spoilers indicate her choices involve listening when Carlos told her to stay silent about the fight, sleeping with a married man, and planting evidence for the wife to find. Her biggest mistake came when she showed Carlos video of that fight and threatened to go public. The pressure from all sides led Carlos to lose it. He nearly strangled her in the locker room. Still, we think she came out the best of everyone. First off, no one knows about her affair with the teacher. Secondly, she totally dodged a bullet by Carlos’ confession. She’s no longer saddled with a cheater who hasn’t got the guts to break things off with the wife. She also never had her part in the fight revealed.

Decisiones: Unos ganan, otros pierden — Thoughts

This episode was a lot better than the premiere. The actors were engaging, and the situation was so relatable. After all, who hasn’t been cut off in traffic? Or got angry out on the road. This episode is a great reminder of why we need a little more inner reflection and calm in society. Allowing ourselves to succumb to pressure and act out could have devastating results.
