The more things change, the more that stay the same if ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers’ new motto going forward.
Over the years, we’ve come to accept certain things from the show, and it’s going to continue to live up, or down, to those expectations as we shift into a character building episode.
Let’s dive into some spoilers!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For April 7: Deception uncovered
In an interesting twist, Victor Newman (Eric Braden) won’t be too happy when he discovers some employee deception happening in the hallowed halls of Newman Enterprises.
Or he could be pleased someone took the initiative. Since Duplicitous actions seem to be the cornerstone and bedrock of the Newman family and business, we don’t expect him to be too upset as long as it’s not against him.
As for who it is, “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers think it’ll be Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) since she has her own plans and it looks like she’s been working several ends to her benefit.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For April 7: Coming to an agreement
One of Victor’s endeavors paid off, and why shouldn’t it when he can’t fail?
In this case, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will sit down and talk things through.
But more than that, they’ll reach an understanding on their current issue with Chancellor-Winters.
This will be a bitter sweet moment for the two of them as we suspect Devon will decide to buy Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John)’s company and join his father in building something their own.
He’ll trust Lily to look after Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) and his old company. This will hit Lily hard, but she’ll understand and reverse engineer it into being a good thing with them running two companies their fathers created.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For April 7: Adam wants his birthright
This one boggles the mind since it seems Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) would’ve learned his lesson a long time ago about his chances of being in the Newman family, but he’s going to try again.
We suspect this will involve getting into Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle)’s face about buying McCall Unlimited.
It’ll lead to them getting down to the fact that Victoria will never accept him as part of the family, which will lead to Victoria possibly telling him she’s not standing in his way of running the company if their father buys it.
It won’t be much, but it could be a sign things are changing for her. Or she’s convinced he’ll fail and she’ll just sit back and let it happen without influencing things.
