Prince Harry has been heavily criticized for the manner in which he so openly documented losing his virginity.
Prince Harry Slammed For Talking About Losing His Virginity-‘It’s All Very Unsavory Stuff,’ Says Royal Expert Rupert Everett
The Duke of Sussex revealed that he had lost his virginity behind a pub to an older woman. This led to speculation over who it could be, as Liz Hurley was one of the women mentioned. While that may have been the case, she denied doing anything of the sort.
It then turned out that the woman in question was Sasha Walpole, who happened to be a digger driver. In her comments, Sasha said: “It was a quickie in the field and I had no idea Harry was a virgin. He had a peachy bum, he was young… it was just a bit of fun.”
Those comments did not sit well with royal expert Esther Krakue. First of all, she accused the Duke of Sussex for being naive over the fact that he felt he could keep the person who was involved under wraps. It was quite telling that Harry had not revealed the name of the women.
This is despite the fact that actor Rupert Everett revealed shortly before Sasha did so that he knew the name of the woman. Secondly, it seems that Harry exposed something intimate about his life that should have been kept private.
In her comments, Krakue remarked: “I do think, again, this is one of the uncomfortable fallouts of his tell-all book. It’s all very unsavory stuff. And it just goes to show the lack of judgment on the Duke of Sussex’s part.”
The response on social media was damning. A large proportion of people bashed Harry on the basis that he had violated Sasha’s privacy, despite having previously claimed that he wanted to keep the media at bay.
One person wrote: “He invaded the privacy of the women he lost his virginity with. She didn’t say anything for 21 years.” So there you have it folks. What did you think about this?
