It looks like after three years of marriage, that Michael Illesanmi and Angela Deem are finally done. People over on the 90 day fiancé reddit are saying that fellow castmate Usman Umar literally saved Michael’s life. It was well-known that Usman did not approve of Angela’s constant tagging on Michael, especially it after his own experience with Lisa Hamme.
Their relationship ended a couple of years ago and was almost exactly like Angela and Michael’s relationship in terms of dynamics. Lisa was an older woman in.love with a younger, African man, but just like Angela, she was constantly suspicious of him. She didn’t like it when he would hang out with female fans. (“Female” was often a hate term used by her.)

The thing is, Michael didn’t have the excuse that Usman did. Michael worked rideshare, he was no rapper. It was a little bit less understandable from him when he would ghost Angela for hours on end. Of course,there is the time differences and it could have just been that Michael was actually asleep when Angela was calling him.
However, there was one instance where he did accept sexual favors in exchange for a ride, an act that he admitted to on-camera with the memorable like, “I did the BJ for real.” It didn’t look too good simply because he seemed a little too proud of himself. Yike.
Although, like Lisa, Angela was pretty toxic toward Michael most of the time. We can count the number of times that she has been absolutely toxic toward Michael. It’s not like she was rumored to be completely innocent when it came to cheating though, after she accepted a ride home from Dr. Obeng, the infamous plastic surgeon who helped the Gorilla Glue girl, Tessica Brown, from a party, it was widely speculated that Angela cheated on Michael with Dr. Obeng, considering he kind of fit the profile for the kind of men that she’s into and she didn’t exactly make it a secret that she was indeed into him.
Though, we have to admit, Michael kind of brought that on himself considering how much he rejected her after her plastic surgery. We do wonder if this break is permanent simply because it’s not the first time this has been rumored to happen. We’ll see. Stay tuned!!!
