First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal we were a little surprised last time. From the teasers we saw, we expected a bit more effort from Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) after John Black (Drake Hogestyn) rushed Marlena back inside for help. However, it appears she saw there was nothing more to be done and now Marlena’s family is grieving.
Marlena, however, will encounter someone familiar on the other side. We’ll see if this is a happy reunion or not. We do expect it to be interesting, given a shocked Marlena will have those heavenly doors slam shut on her. Maybe she’s been possessed two too many times?

As for Eric, he obviously took the loss of Marlena hard. And given the state he’s already been in since he lost a chance at fatherhood, it was the last thing he needed. However, it looks like Sloan Petersen (Jessica Serfaty) will be there to make him feel better. We’d love to see this casual thing turn into something more serious. It could do both a world of good, and they’re just too much fun together for the writers to pass this chance up.

In other ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers, Allie really took seeing Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel DuPree (Raven Bowens) getting a little too close hard. So much so, she actually made a crack about how she’d think Chanel would avoid roofs after hearing what they’d done for Marlena. Oddly enough, no one seemed to catch that, but we think Allie went a little too far.
Now, she’ll be struggling with her feelings about the situation and want some advice. And it seems Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will be the one giving it. We definitely believe he has a good perspective on screwing things up. However, we also don’t think he’s had enough actual relationship experience to help in the way others could.

Finally, it looks like Paulina will not sit idly by and let her lawyers do all the work. She’ll want Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) to help her with what we assume is a PR campaign to make Sloan look as bad as possible while making sure her daughter comes off a victim. This could be great timing, as Stephanie will likely need a distraction right now.
