On Christmas Day, the 4-year-old royal Prince Louis was captured on camera trying to pull on Kate Middleton’s arm while she was conversing with people outside St. Mary Magdalene’s church, seemingly in a bid to urge her to speed up the process.
Fans React To Prince Louis’ ‘Unruly’ Behaviour On Christmas Day-‘Louis Will Be Mouthy When He Gets Older’
The event was the first time the youngest child of the Prince and Princess of Wales had gone out with his parents and siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, for the customary Christmas Day religious ceremony of the Royal Family. This is not the first time that Louis has caused a reaction with his behaviour, though.
Louis made quite the impression during the ceremony for the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee. At the Trooping of the Colour event at Buckingham Palace, he showed off his humorous side by playfully making some funny faces on the balcony.
During the Platinum Jubilee Pageant, the young prince also demonstrated typical childish behaviour of covering his mother’s mouth with his hand. He also had a spat with his cousin Lena Tindall, who resolutely declined to give him any of her sweets.
With that being said, the fans on social media had a lot to say on the matter. A certain subset of people were of the view that Louis’ behaviour was to be expected, given that he is still at a very young age. Meanwhile, others began to express alarm at the fact that his behaviour was a sign that he could become unruly once he grows up.
One person wrote: “If he’s behaving this way now….Louis will be mouthy when he gets older and give Kate a lot of sass, guaranteed! He will crave all the attention as the youngest until…a 4th.”
While another person stated: “They should nip his behavior in the butt. It’s not cute and could be indicative of unacceptable behavior when he’s older. I spoiled my kids but they understood they had to behave.”
