Kim Kardashian recently received much-needed protection from a terrifying individual who not only repeatedly came up at her home and also claimed to be armed.
Kim’s legal team was in court on Monday when she was granted a restraining order against Andre Persaud and the judgment states that Persaud is not allowed to contact Kim and must stay at least 100 yards away from her. It will be good for the following five years.
According to legal documents, Persaud visited her home at least three times in August. She claims she’s never met the man and was concerned he’d escalate things to physical violence… especially considering Persaud’s stated claim to be armed.

As if showing up at Kim’s house wasn’t enough, Persaud allegedly commented about her on social media, and in one instance, Kim claims he “stated that I had been talking with him telepathically.” Persaud is also forbidden from owning or having a handgun, and he must relinquish any firearms he already owns to law authorities.
This is Kardashian’s second court appearance in recent weeks. Kardashian and Kanye “Ye” West finalized their divorce on November 29, nearly two years after the Skims founder filed for divorce in February 2021. She’s subsequently been sighted in Miami, sporting a new hair color and attending Art Basel events throughout the previous week.
