We all knew there was more to the story but didn’t realize just how much more. Apparently, the incident that Kim Plath was arrested for happened back in June of 2022 on the 10th at 11:52PM There was an outstanding warrant for Kim’s arrest out in Wakulla County, Florida, involving this incident which included a potential DUI, property damage, and personal injury.
We don’t know the extent of the personal injury or if the other person involved in the wreck is even okay or not, what we have heard is that this incident may or may not have involved a flipped vehicle. In which case that is very serious, Kim seems to be okay, no reports of her going to the ER or anything but that doesn’t necessarily mean anything.

Then again she is a naturopath, or at least she was for about 5 minutes back in the first couple of seasons, maybe she offered the person she hit a discount on services or an extra shot of the really good kombucha. (I mean, it could happen!)
Olivia Plath’s brother, Nathan Meggs was arrested the night of Micah Plath‘s birthday party for drinking underage but as far as we know that was not on June 10th so he wasn’t the one involved in the incident. (We kind of doubt he would be anyway, considering he was four hours away from wherever Kim was at the time, or at least that was our geographical understanding of the situation.)
It seems that this incident involved Kim’s car being flipped upside down in a ditch, she had blood on her face and collarbone and was lethargic and slurring her words. Water was inside the vehicle, it’s reported that a witness helped pull her from the car.
Apparently Kim did not take a breathalyzer test but instead opted to give blood which showed her blood alcohol level at 162, which is twice the legal limit. According to the reports she had consumed two 12 oz Margaritas before attempting to drive. She claimed she was driving from Cairo to Tallahassee to visit a friend.
The bigger question is why on earth has it taken this long for Kim to be hauled in for this offense? Also apparently she was not actually arrested but turned herself in? She has since bonded out, but she was indeed sitting in the Wakulla Count detention center for awhile. There are still more questions than answers about this incident. Stay tuned!!!
