Teresa Giudice’s daughter Gia has given her take on the relationship between her uncle (Joe Gorga) and auntie (Melissa Gorga) amid the family feud.
Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Giudice’s Daughter Gia Gives Her Take On The Feud With The Gorgas-‘I’m Sure We’ll Move Forward’
The Gorgas have not been on good terms with the Giudice family, which was typified when they missed Teresa’s wedding with Luis Ruelas. And as part of that process, Teresa made it very clear that she was left reeling by the incident. After all, Joe is her brother, while she also stated that money had ruined the family dynamics.
And in the same way, this has by extension affected Gia, even if it is not as bad as how things are with Teresa and the Gorgas. In her comments, Gia said: “We don’t really talk as much now, but it’s OK. I’m sure we’ll move forward somehow.
“I texted my uncle for [his] birthday just out of respect — and for the holidays. He texted back just like, ‘Thank you.'” This is something that is important for Gia, as she revealed how she does not want the feud to affect things with the Gorga’s children.
And as the cousins are quite close, it would be damaging to see all relations being affected. And in order to prevent that from happening, it appears that Gia has been putting in the effort to ensure that things are great with her extended family. And by the looks of it, things are quite rosy for now.
Her following comments confirmed as much: “Honestly, the biggest thing I want is for whatever happens between them to not affect my cousins and I. [What happens] between my mom and uncle, that’s between them. My cousins and I are good. We still talk here and there. We’re good.”
Hopefully, with time, the whole family can reunite back together. And if Gia’s comments can get through to the Gorgas, then things will turn out well. Time will tell how it all plays out. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
