Ethan Plath is in rare form over on IG. Most recently he posted a picture shading Mom Kim Plath for her choices in homeschooling. The Meme was a picture of Kim kayaking one way, then a caption on the picture that said, “Hey Kim, how’s homeschooling going?” followed by a pic of Kim turning around and kayaking in the opposite direction!!! Well then, guess we know how Ethan feels then!
Although that does make one wonder if this means that she has stopped homeschooling the younger Plath kids. Right now, Isaac would probably be finishing up his studies, followed by Amber, Cassia, and Mercy, but one wonders if things haven’t changed since the divorce.

We do know that it was heavily implied that Kim couldn’t homeschool the kids if Barry wasn’t the sole breadwinner so that she could stay home with them. Now that she has a dance studio to manage, things have probably changed for her a great deal.
If Lydia followed through on her resolve to move in with Barry then one could see where Kim might have to resort to putting the younger kids in school because of Lydia not being around to help as much. Although nothing has really been said on that front since the end of last season.
We do wonder how the little one’s, if they aren’t being homeschooled any longer, are adjusting. Some kids transition just fine to traditional school and others don’t. It might be that Kim ended up compromising and enrolling them in a k-12 online program which would make perfect sense because the kids are used to doing their own thing pretty much 24/7.
Whatever she chose, we hope that the children are happy and healthy and adjusting well to the new changes in their lives. But if they’re not happy it looks like they might just come crying to big brother Ethan and he will make sure all of social media knows about it. Gotta make Mom accountable, don’t you Ethan?
