The Duggar family has a lot to celebrate this week. John David and Abbie Duggar have just had their second child and they couldn’t be happier! They shared their good news on October 1 on their Instagram account and their fans were so happy about their new arrival.

The Duggars took to Instagram to share this happy news with their fans. They wrote, “We are now a family of four! We welcomed little Charlie into the world last month and have been soaking up newborn snuggles ever since! We are so thankful to God for this precious gift!”
Counting On: John David and Abbie Duggar Welcome Second Child
Abbie actually announced her pregnancy on Mother’s Day this year in a post on Instagram. In that post, she wrote, “To the little girl who calls me Mommy and our little boy due in late summer, I’ll love you forever!”
Abbie and John David have a two-year-old daughter named Grace and now they are happy to share this great news with their fans. They had a baby shower for Charlie this summer in Arkansas and those who attended included Jill Dillard, Jana Duggar, Joy-Anna Forsyth, Kendra Duggar, Lauren Duggar, and Katey Duggar. Jill actually shared a lot of pictures of the special day celebrating with her sisters and sisters-in-law.
John David and Abbie had their daughter, Grace back in January of 2020 and they just couldn’t get over how much they loved her. They wrote, “Our lives have changed forever with the arrival of our baby girl. She is a beautiful gift from God. We are so blessed the Lord has given her to us. It’s still so surreal to know that we are really parents but it’s a great adventure that we are excited to take on together.”
The Duggars have been sharing Grace’s life with their fans since she was born and it looks as if they will continue to do so with Charlie’s as well. They are so happy to be parents again and their fans are really looking forward to seeing more photos of the couple with him.
Abbie was pretty quiet about her second pregnancy and many fans felt that this came from the fact that there has been a lot of family drama in the news lately. They have been pretty low-key when it comes to sharing, but we’re happy that they have shared this.
