We all love finding new shows that we love. It is pretty tough to watch a show, get devoted to it, and then it gets canceled. This has happened to so many of us, but now with streaming services making their own shows, we feel as if we get more shows than ever. We have a list of some shows that have been canceled in 2022.

    The Letdowns

One of the first shows that were canceled this year has been a huge shock. SpaceForce came onto our Netflix screens hot and fans were excited to see more of Steve Carell in a new show. Just a couple of months after it came back to Netflix for a second season, it was canceled. The comedy was aiming to be on for a third season, but as Carell was making over $1 million per episode, no wonder it was canceled.

    Canceled Shows of 2022

CW fans were extremely shocked to see Legends of Tomorrow canceled this year. It has been on for seven seasons and on April 29, the showrunner tweeted, “Well, folks. It’s been an incredible run. However, the CW has let me know that there will be no season eight of Legends of Tomorrow. We are heartbroken, but also immensely grateful for the amazing work our cast, crew, and writers have contributed to the little show that could.”

Tracey Morgan’s show, The Last O.G. has also been canceled this year. The TBS comedy was incredibly popular with viewers, but it looks as if it has not been picked up for a fifth season. Apparently, TBS made this decision back in December, but only recently revealed this to fans.

A sci-fi, fantasy show that fans really fell in love with on Netflix is Archive 81. It literally got canceled just a few weeks after it premiered in January. The diehard fans were very upset when they found this out.

The Maury Povich has finally been canceled after 31 seasons of his talk show. Povich, who is 83 years old told his fans, “Six years ago when I was ready to retire, I was ready to retire, the NBCUniversal family asked me to continue the show. Even though I told them I was ready for assisted living, out of my loyalty to NBCUniversal and my more than 100 staff and crew members, Tracie Wilson and I agreed to one more deal. I’m so proud of my relationship with NBCUnivseral and all those who worked on the Maury show, but as I occasionally tell my guests on Maury, ‘Enough already.'”
