TikTok fans are heartbroken by the news of Francesco LoPresti’s death. The 24-year-old was incredibly popular on TikTok and he appeared with his girlfriend, Kaitlin Reagan on his channel. Reagan decided that she needed to let fans know what happened and share her grief with their fans.
In the video for fans, she said, “I’m really sorry because my goal was for you guys to watch him ring the remission bell, but the cancer took his life. Francesco passed away on Monday, March 21st.

Reagan went on to say, “This video was really hard to make. It’s been a week since he hasn’t been here, but you guys deserve to know. He loved you guys so much and he loved everything that you guys did for him- watching our videos and standing with us. It’s going to take some time for us to really comprehend that he’s not here anymore and to heal. I’m going to be back. I’m just going to need some time. Everything that I do moving forward will be for him.”

Then she tagged Francesco with, “I love you unconditionally and I feel so broken. I know you want everyone to know how much their love and support filled your life, so please let his voice be heard. I promise to share your messages one day. You and I against the world forever. Thank you for a true love story.”
The couple made hundreds of videos together and they had quite a large following on their TikTok accounts. They took the time to document his cancer journey on their channel. On March 11, Reagan posted a video about the doctor’s news about his cancer. That was when they found out how quickly his cancer was moving in his body. Reagan asked her fans for prayers and then they annoucned that he was “in a hospice stage”.
Reagan and Francesco met when they were preteens in a dance class. Reagan was a ballet dancer and LoPresti loved breakdancing. LoPresti stopped taking classes, but the couple connected again when they were 15. That was when they made it official and began dating.
When he was 17, LoPresti was diagnosed with stage 3B testicular cancer. He had many surgeries and radiation treatments to help to rid him of the cancer. The couple had been through a lot together and no matter what, Reagan stood by him. Our hearts and thoughts are with her and the family at this hard time.
