It came as a shock when fans of Hayden Panettiere first read about her fight with her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson. The news broke just a couple of days ago about Hayden and Brian getting into quite the battle at a famous Sunset Strip hotel.
This happened on Thursday night right outside of the Sunset Marquis where Hayden and Brian started to throw down with some others. There was a point in the night when security had to be called to calm things down. Then Brian started it all over again.
What Happened?
There were multiple witnesses that saw the couple acting crazy outside of the hotel bar and then there was an argument between Brian and Hayden. It seems that Brian spit on one of the bar patrons and the manager kicked them out. This is what caused the crowd to go crazy on the street instead of the bar.

In the video taken by an eyewitness, we can see where Hayden was trying to pry Brian off of the other patrons. Hayden then got kicked in the face during all of the commotions. Then we can hear her yelling, “Brian, jail!” Could she have yelled this because if any police showed up, he would go to jail since he is already on probation.
It looks as if the crowd did separate and that is when Hayden took the time to apologize to the staff. This isn’t the first time that these two have had such an argument. They have quite an interesting relationship and it hasn’t been the most private.
Brian has been arrested for domestic violence and assault against Hayden and it looks like this incident was just another one that they have been involved in. We are not sure if alcohol played a role in it, but it looks as if this has happened with them before.
The police were called to the scene, but it looks as if they got there too late. The crowd had left by the time they arrived. Hayden did reach out to her fans and told them that she was doing just fine after the incident occurred.
She has continued to keep her fans up to date with things and we hope that everything is alright. Her fans have been concerned for years since she and Brian began dating, but she stays with him no matter how he acts in public and in private.
